Ana began her career in human resources as a human resource generalist in accounting and tax services. The experience she gathered during the 10 years in industry led her to explore further her understanding of developing small businesses, considering the challenges impacting small businesses in South Florida.

Upon her transition to contract-based business development for small businesses, throughout the past 7 years, Ana’s focus and passion has been in capitalizing resources and optimizing departmental strategies around data and technology. These efforts have resulted in the successful acquisition of small business by larger prime companies. Ana’s portfolio of companies spans across medical, financial, and consulting.
